Sales Administrator
Bicester
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm
Location: Bicester
Job Purpose:
To support new and existing customers with all aspects of their orders, enquires and complaints, received through email and telephone.
Key Tasks:
- Supporting customers with orders, enquiries and complaints received via email and telephone.
- Processing sales orders efficiently and accurately using our internal systems.
- Preparing sales quotes.
- Invoicing completed orders.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure orders are sent out correctly and in a timely manner.
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of our products.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Any other reasonable tasks as defined by the company.
Key Competencies and Experience:
- Customer service skills
- Excellent client interpersonal skills via telephone and email.
- Administrative experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Excellent numeracy.
- IT Literate
- Understanding of a Sales ordering platform
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Calm and methodical approach.
- Team player
